Do you offer embroidery and customisation?

Yes! We offer professional embroidery services for logos, names, and job titles. We can also arrange screen printing for larger designs. Contact us with your artwork and we'll provide a quote.

What is your returns policy for wholesale orders?

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there are any manufacturing defects or sizing issues, we'll arrange replacements or refunds. Customised items with embroidery cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt for any concerns.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
